Brandi passante became famous after she was featured on A&E's "Storage wars', the reality TV show that also starred Jarrod Schulz. Both received the attention of the public through the show. Storage lockers, whose tenants had not paid rent in the past three months, will be auctioned off on this show. Brandi and Jarrod who run the "Now and Then" thrift shop in Orange, California participated in the auction in hopes to buy some storage units at low prices. It came as a shock for them to turn into reality TV stars. Over the course of the show they proved to be extremely shrewd bidders, and eventually emerged as the main characters of the reality show. The success of the show's reality boosted their company and allowed them to open another shop in addition to the one they had already run. Their role in "Storage Wars" inspired a spin-off program 'Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job' that is exclusively featuring them.
