Awkwafina

American musician and actor Awkwafina debuted with sly hip-hop tracks that addressed the issue of sexuality and race with comical wit before broadening her presence to Hollywood. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants was her first music experience. She was a trumpeter. Also, she received instruction in jazz and classical before delving into hip-hop as a teenager. In college she studied journalism and women's studies. Then, she even had one semester studying Mandarin during her time in Beijing. After graduating, it wasn't until that she shifted her focus on music. After making headlines via the Internet the song My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually became a part of her album debut Yellow Ranger. The album also featured sensational hits such as body-positive Queef and winking hometown tour NYC BitcheUSD. The latter was associated with Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide for 2015, which was a travel guide. A musician and an author were among her accomplishments, she set her sights on a third endeavor actor. She's appeared in movies such as Neighbors 2 Storks, and Bad Rap. She had a breakthrough role during the year 2018, appearing in a handful of high profile films, including Dude Ocean's 8, as well as Crazy Rich Asians. Then in June she launched the EP In Fina We Trust.
